Terms and Conditions for FitzMall "Cash 4 Clinkers" Program:

 

 

  The "Cash 4 Clinkers" Program is owned by the Fitzgerald Auto Mall organization.  The Program is intended for all prospective used car buyers and participation is not limited by gender, race, creed, age, physical handicap or sexual orientation.

 

 

 

Certain Program restrictions apply including the following:

 

To Qualify, your Trade in Vehicle MUST:

  1. Have a Clear Title. (excludes any vehicle with a "branded" title, i.e. flood, salvage etc.)
  2. Be in safe and drivable condition.
  3. Have been continuously registered or titled in the purchaser's name for at least 6 months.
  4. Be a 1989 Model Year or newer.

And:

  1. The purchased vehicle must be titled in same name - or immediate family member.
  2. Only one "clinker" Trade-In credit per transaction.
